From the holidays to the Super Bowl, party season is here, and with it comes the need to fill your table with food that are festive and delicious.
Some of us rely on tried-and-true family favorites, while others boldly seek out new recipes and flavors.
Then there are those of us who head to the “prepared foods” aisle of the grocery store and throw whatever looks good into our basket.
Why not have the best of all three worlds–the comfort of a traditional family-pleaser, the adventure of new tastes, and the convenience of grab-and-go.
Can such a recipe really exist? Yes! These Crazy Mixed-Up Cheeseball Recipes will be the centerpiece of your party hors d’oeuvre table–that is, for as long as they last. These special cheeseballs tend to disappear quickly.
What is a cheeseball?
Let’s start with the basics. What exactly is a cheeseball and why do I need a recipe for it?
Cheeseballs are an easy appetizer to mix up when hosting a holiday party or even just for a fun snack at home.
They are usually made of cream cheese, grated cheese, spices and sour cream. You roll the ingredients together into a ball shape, and then coat the outside with nuts like crushed pecans.
With just a few simple ingredients, a cheeseball is a quick recipe you can pull together that almost everyone likes. You serve it with crackers or something like that to spread the cheeseball on. Any cracker works! Just choose your favorite.
While the cheeseball recipe is pretty easy and straightforward, you can try to spice it up a little with the recipe options below!
