If you love coffee, then you need to try one of these coffee bean cookie recipes! Rich, flavorful, and um adorable!

Plus, you will get to enjoy the coffee flavor of these cookies for several days for close to the same price of a single latte at your favorite coffee-shop.

In searching for coffee bean cookies recipes, I discovered this can mean different types of cookies. In most cases, it refers to the cookies as shown in the first recipe pic below. They actually look like little coffee beans which will definitely impress anyone you make them for.

However, there are a couple of entirely different cookies that actually have chocolate covered espresso coffee beans inside them. I’ve included recipes for both types of coffee bean cookies, so you have some options.
